I know it has been a while! My modeling schedule has been fairly hectic and when I'm here there and everywhere it makes it difficult to sit down and make the time to write. Although, I became ill twice in the space of only 2 months - first time with a flu in February that seemed to hit me like a ton of bricks - I don't remember feeling that ill since I was in primary school. Then possibly due to low immunity, or so it seemed, I contracted another virus that was like a cold.

Mention of the word mold usually conjures up an image of a neglected bathtub or something that’s lived in the back of the refrigerator a little too long. But, for me, it took on an altogether different meaning recently. A visit to my kinesiologist confirmed that mold was coercing through my body and, in doing so, creating health ailments and potential emotional disturbances. Sometimes my body just needs those protein filled easier-to-digest grains! I find quinoa to be a lot less taxing on my digestive system than your normal grain such as rice.
