Hi guys!

As most of you would know, Im a bit of a supplement junkie. Im always on the hunt to improve my health, body and wellbeing. Something I hadn't really considered until recently is that we can also take supplements to enhance our brain function! How cool is that?! I don’t know about you, but personally I can officially say I am somewhat of a chocolate addict. Since before I can remember, I have needed a daily fix of this magical bean and anyone who knows me well knows I need a fix after pretty much every meal.

So, a lot of us already know that berries are lower in fructose (natural sugars in fruit) and are full of those radical fighting antioxidants. Most of us Aussies also know that in Australia they are extortionately expensive! I've definitely been capitalising on how much more inexpensive they are in the States and stocking up where and when I can. I more often than not add them to my breakfasts in the morning to start my day fighting fit.

These turkey meatballs are a bit of a saviour, to say the very least! Make up a whole batch and the extras last a couple of days. I typically put these with zucchini noodles (made from a spiralizer by Vegetti) but the photo I took here had me partner these bad boys with some gluten-free and organic quinoa noodles. Sometimes my body just needs those protein filled easier-to-digest grains! I find quinoa to be a lot less taxing on my digestive system than your normal grain such as rice. Give them a go and let me know if you love them!
