I was excited to be asked to co-host the Biomatch social hour at The Assemblage on John St New York last night. What a fun and informative night it was! The BioHack the World speakers included Dr. Bhaswati Bhattacharya and Dr Jill Blakeway, experts and authors on Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine respectively.

We had a huge turnout out and the space was at max capacity! Goodie bags were given out for the first 50 who arrived, filled with goods from our sponsors including Bulletproof, Taza, Kor shots, Luminas energy, Eight...

Excited and proud to be a part of the new Visionaries board at my modeling agency in Los Angeles, Vision.

To quote Meg Day (Director and head booker) -

'In a world of followers seeking likes, we are seeking unapologetic, authentic voices for the greater good, focused on creating meaningful content for our lives, not just the Internet. Not an influencer division. Not seeking approval.
Introducing Visionaries.'

I just LOVE that in a world where influencers and numbers are where the focus goes, Vision have taken a stance. It’s not a popula...

Hi guys!

As most of you would know, Im a bit of a supplement junkie. Im always on the hunt to improve my health, body and wellbeing. Something I hadn't really considered until recently is that we can also take supplements to enhance our brain function! How cool is that?! They are called 'nootropics' and they include ingredients that enhance cognitive capabilities (often times in the form of herbs, vitamins, minerals and/or oils).

There are multiple brands out there that are adding nootropics to their range. Bulletproof has their Brain O...

Hi guys!

Below is a link to a video interview I did with the lovely Harry Hadfield of Harry Makes It Up. She has an amazingly informative youtube channel, about all things makeup and beauty and she asked me so come onto her channel and talk all things Organic Beauty. Some products I'm loving to use at the moment to keep that skin clear, moist and glowing are included in this video. Harry also has some great recommendations to add extra colour and sparkle to your complexion after you've treated your skin to some salubrious products!

I ho...

"Do I have a healthy relationship with social media, notably Instagram?" A question that has occupied my head space on far too many occasions, thus concluding the answer is most probably no. Given the amount of time it can take and energy it can use up in a day, I feel it’s worthy of a mention, and like any relationship we have in life it can be beneficial to take a good, hard and honest look at whether it is benefiting you or not, and if there could be a better way to relate to it so that you are still looking after yourself.

We live...

I know it has been a while! My modeling schedule has been fairly hectic and when I'm here there and everywhere it makes it difficult to sit down and make the time to write. Although, I became ill twice in the space of only 2 months - first time with a flu in February that seemed to hit me like a ton of bricks - I don't remember feeling that ill since I was in primary school. Then possibly due to low immunity, or so it seemed, I contracted another virus that was like a cold.

I've started going to an amazing sanctuary aka The Den Meditat...

If you're like me and have a seemingly never ending travel schedule, it can be painstakingly grueling if we aren't well equipped to handle it. Our bodies and minds go through so much when we travel so it's important to maintain our health as best as we possibly can. With LA, New York, Miami, Vietnam, Perth, LA again and then Chile on my itinerary just this month, making sure I bring comforts with me that help me through this regular environmental displacement are mandatory! Finding comfort in the discomfort is one thing, but sometimes...

As a result of my frequent travels between New York and LA, my skin grew highly sensitive, with acne flare-ups, hyperpigmentation from sun exposure and becoming insanely dry. No moisturizer or oil seemed to penetrate my skin the way I needed it to.

I started experimenting with moisturizers, cleansers, serums and treatments aimed at moisturizing and nourishing the skin. I realized my previous regime wasn’t ‘active’ enough — I needed reviving antioxidants as well as exfoliants to shed those skin layers that prevented...

Mention of the word mold usually conjures up an image of a neglected bathtub or something that’s lived in the back of the refrigerator a little too long. But, for me, it took on an altogether different meaning recently. A visit to my kinesiologist confirmed that mold was coercing through my body and, in doing so, creating health ailments and potential emotional disturbances. Unfortunately, upon further research, it seems that mold has become somewhat of an epidemic in our society, and an issue often overlooked and not considered serio...

Honoring ourselves is a thing often overlooked.

“Oh, I’ll get around to meditating tomorrow.”

“I’ll take that yoga class sometime soon.”

Ironic, because if we don’t take time to care for ourselves, how can we be our best selves, most competent workers or fully present with our partners? Are we expecting someone else to provide us with the comfort and care that we crave?

We must prioritize ourselves first and foremost, and know that it IS possible to comfort ourselves. And no, this is not being selfish (a common miscon...
